VISDA – Visual Rights Denmark
VISDA the collective rights management organization representing image creators in Denmark, founded in 1986. VISDA represents all types of image creators such as photographers, illustrators, fine artists, architects, and cartoonists from both the national and foreign repertoire.
The Danish Ministry of Culture and the Greenlandic Self-Government (Naalakkersuisut) has appointed VISDA as the representative collective management organization with the authorization to conclude licenses with Extended Collective Licensing (ECL) effect. Under the ECL scheme, VISDA can grant licenses to image users, covering entire categories of images.
